01

If you notice damage before riding

Leave the vehicle parked, choose another one and report what you saw. Do not test a questionable brake, throttle, wheel or steering system in traffic.

02

If the problem appears during a ride

Slow down and stop away from traffic as soon as it is safe. End the ride at an approved location only if the vehicle can be moved there safely. If it cannot, contact support and follow the team’s instructions.

03

What to include

Send the QR number, a map pin or clear location, a short factual description and whether the vehicle blocks a road, entrance or pedestrian route. Include a photo or app screenshot only when safe.

04

Do not attempt a repair

Riders and bystanders must not modify, open, reconnect or repair a Bimba. Local operations will inspect the vehicle. Do not restart the ride unless Bimba confirms that it is appropriate.
