Do not continue the ride. Move yourself out of moving traffic when possible, but avoid moving a person who may have a serious injury unless staying in place creates greater danger. Follow instructions from emergency responders.
When safe, note the location, time, vehicles or property involved and contact information for other parties or witnesses. Take factual photos only if this does not interfere with medical care, police or road safety. Do not argue about fault at the scene.
Send the Bimba QR number, exact location, time and a clear factual description. Support is available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., but it is not an emergency service. Leave the vehicle safely and do not ride it again after a crash.
For injury, property damage or theft, report the incident to local police as soon as possible and within 24 hours. Keep the report or reference information for follow-up.
