01
There is no Bimba parking price
You do not pay simply for leaving an e-bike or e-scooter at an approved parking area shown in the app. Some locations have a physical dock and others are approved business parking areas without hardware; approved parking is free in both cases.
02
Check what the charge actually represents
Review the trip receipt, ride duration, reservation time and any other line item shown in the app. A temporary first-card authorization is also not a parking charge. Loss, theft or damage are reviewed under a separate policy and must not be presented as the price of parking.
03
Ask Bimba to review it
Send support the QR number, ride date, amount, receipt screenshot and the location where the trip ended. Bimba can compare the report with the app, vehicle and payment records and explain or correct the charge when appropriate.
04
Parking rules still apply
Free parking still requires an approved area. Leave the vehicle upright, keep roads, entrances, driveways and pedestrian access clear, use the physical dock when that location requires it, and wait for the app to confirm the ride has ended.
