Use a phone number or email you can access and complete the verification request shown in the Bimba app. Every rider must still be at least 18, even when an ID upload is not requested during normal signup.

If the app sends a code or link, enter or open it only inside the normal Bimba sign-in flow. Check that the phone country code and email spelling are correct. For email, look in spam or junk; for SMS, confirm that your phone has signal and can receive messages.
Routine registration does not currently require an identity-document upload. Bimba may still request a valid government-issued ID when needed to confirm age or eligibility, protect an account, investigate misuse or comply with a legal requirement.
Wait briefly before requesting another code, check your connection and restart or update the app. Avoid creating multiple accounts if you already have a balance, pass or active ride. If the problem continues, send support the error message and a screenshot.
Bimba support will not ask you to send a password, complete card number or one-time verification code through WhatsApp or email. A real support request may ask for the phone or email associated with the account so the team can locate it safely.
