Move out of danger
Slow down without abrupt steering, stop away from moving traffic when possible and step off. If stopping where you are would create greater danger, move only as far as needed to reach a safer position.

Bimba Help Center
Stop riding as soon as it is safe if the brakes, steering, tire, wheel, motor, frame or controls feel unusual. A questionable shared vehicle should not be tested in traffic.

Do not tighten parts, reconnect wires, reset hardware, modify the vehicle or continue to see whether the problem disappears. A stuck control, unusual vibration, wobble, scraping sound, weak brake or error message is enough reason to stop.
Use the nearest approved parking area that can be reached safely. If the vehicle cannot be moved safely or the ride cannot end, stay out of traffic and contact support rather than abandoning an active trip.
Provide the QR number, map pin or exact location, the time and a simple description of what you felt or saw. Add a photo or screenshot only when it can be taken safely. Bimba will review the vehicle and trip record.
