Choose pay as you go or the daily pass

Pay as you go costs US$1 for each unlock plus US$0.50 per billed minute. The daily pass costs US$15 and includes 100 minutes. Review the current app screen for pass duration, unlock treatment, overage rules and promotions before confirming.

Understand the calculation

One 5-minute pay-as-you-go ride costs US$3.50, 10 minutes costs US$6, 20 minutes costs US$11 and 30 minutes costs US$16. Separate pay-as-you-go sessions each carry their own unlock charge.

Temporary card authorization

On the first card payment, Bimba may place a US$20 temporary authorization to confirm that funds are available. Bimba releases it the same day, although the time it takes to disappear from your statement depends on your bank.

The clock stops after confirmation

Charges continue until the ride is correctly ended. Park in an approved area and wait for the app to confirm completion. If it keeps running, contact support immediately with the QR number and your location.
