Bimba is an app-based e-bike and e-scooter service for short trips along the permitted main-road corridor between north Santa Teresa and south Mal País.
Download the Bimba app, create an account and open the live map between 6:00 a.m. and midnight. The map shows currently available vehicles, the active riding corridor and approved places to finish. Availability changes whenever another rider starts or ends a trip.

2. Unlock and check
Select a vehicle or scan its QR code. Review the current rate in the app, wait for confirmation and complete a quick check of the brakes, tires, wheels, lights, frame and controls. Every rider must be at least 18, and each vehicle is for one person.
03
3. Ride on the main road
Ride only inside the active corridor shown in the app. Side roads toward the beach or mountains are restricted; after leaving the corridor, assistance can reduce and the vehicle can stop. Ride at a pace suited to traffic, visibility, weather and Santa Teresa’s changing road surface.
04
4. Park and confirm
Choose an approved parking area in the app. Some locations have physical docking hardware and others are approved business parking areas without a dock. Leave the vehicle upright, keep roads, entrances, driveways and pedestrian access clear, tap End Ride and wait until the app confirms completion.
