You must be at least 18 to create a riding account and every additional Group Ride participant must also be 18 or older. Read and accept the current Rider Agreement and Privacy Policy presented in the app.
Bimba accepts Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and wallet options when displayed. Cash is not accepted for app rides. Never add another person’s card without permission.
The first card transaction may include a temporary US$20 authorization to confirm that funds are available. It is not the price of a ride. Bimba releases the authorization the same day, while the bank controls when it disappears from the statement.
Open the live map, review the current price and permitted main-road corridor, choose an available vehicle and bring your own correctly fitted helmet. Do not create a second account if verification fails; use the verification guide or contact support.
